Budujemy nowy zespół odpowiedzialny za tworzenie produktów AI od podstaw w środowisku fintech. Technical Lead będzie kluczową osobą techniczną w podzie, ściśle współpracującą z zespołem Fullstack Engineerów.

To rola dla osoby, która nie tylko projektuje architekturę, ale również aktywnie uczestniczy w developmentcie, wyznacza standardy i podnosi jakość pracy zespołu.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

Leadership & Engineering

  • Techniczne prowadzenie zespołu Fullstack Engineerów (2–3 osoby)
  • Ustalanie kierunku architektonicznego i standardów kodowania
  • Hands-on development (Java + wsparcie frontend / DevOps)
  • Code review, mentoring i rozwój zespołu

Współpraca z zespołem Fullstack

  • Wspólne projektowanie i implementacja rozwiązań zgodnych z best design patterns
  • Wsparcie zespołu w analizie wymagań oraz proponowaniu ulepszeń
  • Nadzór nad zmianami w UI i poprawą UX oraz stabilności aplikacji
  • Współudział w tworzeniu prototypów i walidacji rozwiązań

Architektura i AI

  • Projektowanie systemów opartych o Java + AI (LLM, API, automatyzacja)
  • Wdrażanie AI do procesów developmentu (np. automatyzacja, code generation, tooling)
  • Udział w projektowaniu architektury systemów i integracji

DevOps & Delivery

  • Rozwój i optymalizacja CI/CD oraz procesów DevOps
  • Wsparcie zespołu w automatyzacji i poprawie lifecycle’u aplikacji
  • Nadzór nad jakością dostarczania (SDLC end-to-end)
  • Zarządzanie zmianą w ramach lifecycle’u usług

Jakość i operacje

  • Rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów technicznych (hands-on)
  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości kodu i stabilności systemów
  • Współpraca przy rozwiązywaniu problemów produkcyjnych
  • Wsparcie w komunikacji technicznej i rozumieniu potrzeb użytkowników

Wymagania

Kluczowe kompetencje

  • Liderska ekspertyza w developmentcie (Java + frontend)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość: Java (Spring Boot, Web API) React (lub inny nowoczesny framework frontendowy)
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu skalowalnych systemów backendowych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość baz danych i SQL (np. SQL Server, optymalizacja zapytań)
  • Doświadczenie w DevOps (CI/CD, automatyzacja, deployment)
  • Znajomość pełnego SDLC

AI & nowoczesne podejście

  • Doświadczenie lub praktyczna ekspozycja na: zastosowanie AI w procesie developmentu integracje z modelami LLM / API AI
  • Rozumienie, jak AI może zwiększyć produktywność zespołów inżynierskich

Leadership & mindset

  • Doświadczenie w roli Tech Leada / Seniora prowadzącego technicznie
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku wysokiej presji i złożoności
  • Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i dbałość o szczegóły
  • Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na rozwiązania techniczne
