Poszukujemy doświadczonego Technical Leada (k/m), który połączy aktywną pracę developerską z technicznym wsparciem zespołu BI. To rola dla osoby, która chce mieć realny wpływ na architekturę rozwiązań analitycznych, rozwój standardów technicznych oraz jakość dostarczanych produktów danych.

Nie jest to stanowisko people managera. Szukamy eksperta technicznego, który będzie pełnił funkcję lidera merytorycznego i jednocześnie pozostanie aktywnym członkiem zespołu developerskiego.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie i rozwój rozwiązań Business Intelligence w oparciu o Power BI.
  • Budowa oraz rozwój modeli danych w dbt i Snowflake.
  • Tworzenie rozwiązań end-to-end, od warstwy danych po raportowanie i warstwę semantyczną.
  • Optymalizacja modeli danych, raportów i procesów analitycznych.
  • Wsparcie zespołu w rozwiązywaniu złożonych problemów technicznych.
  • Prowadzenie code review i review architektury rozwiązań.
  • Mentoring oraz promowanie dobrych praktyk developerskich.
  • Automatyzacja procesów developmentu, testowania, wdrożeń i monitoringu.
  • Wykorzystanie API, narzędzi CI/CD oraz rozwiązań AI wspierających pracę zespołu.
  • Współpraca z międzynarodowymi zespołami Data & Analytics przy rozwoju wspólnych standardów i komponentów.

Wymagania

Must have

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Power BI, Power BI Service oraz modeli semantycznych.
  • Zaawansowana znajomość SQL.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie z dbt.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy ze Snowflake lub inną chmurową platformą danych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość modelowania danych i budowy rozwiązań BI.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu rozwiązań analitycznych w środowiskach produkcyjnych.
  • Znajomość Git, code review oraz procesów CI/CD.
  • Umiejętność pracy ze skryptami i API (Python, PowerShell lub podobne technologie).
  • Doświadczenie w mentoringu oraz wspieraniu innych developerów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie z Microsoft Fabric.
  • Znajomość Airflow lub podobnych narzędzi orkiestracyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie z Liquibase lub podobnymi rozwiązaniami.
  • Praktyczna znajomość AI-assisted development.
  • Wiedza dotycząca Model Context Protocol (MCP) i integracji narzędzi AI.
  • Doświadczenie z automatyzacją wdrożeń Power BI.
  • Doświadczenie w testach automatycznych dla danych i modeli.
  • Doświadczenie w dużych środowiskach BI lub projektach modernizacji platform danych.
