Technical Lead Data Center (Server Room)

Dla naszego Klienta realizującego jeden z największych projektów Data Center w Polsce poszukujemy doświadczonego Technical Leada odpowiedzialnego za projektowanie, budowę i wyposażenie infrastruktury serwerowej oraz zarządzanie zespołem realizacyjnym.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Odpowiedzialność za koncepcję techniczną oraz realizację projektu budowy i wyposażenia komory serwerowej.
  • Zarządzanie projektem od fazy planowania do uruchomienia infrastruktury.
  • Koordynacja pracy kilkuosobowego zespołu Project Managerów.
  • Nadzór nad dostawcami i podwykonawcami odpowiedzialnymi za wdrożenie infrastruktury Data Center.
  • Koordynacja instalacji i integracji systemów komory serwerowej
  • Zarządzanie budżetem, harmonogramem oraz jakością realizowanych prac.
  • Identyfikacja ryzyk projektowych i wdrażanie działań korygujących.
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi i technicznymi.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w realizacji projektów infrastrukturalnych IT lub Data Center.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem projektowym.
  • Znajomość infrastruktury serwerowej, sieciowej oraz systemów wspierających funkcjonowanie Data Center.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu budżetem i harmonogramem dużych projektów.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z dostawcami technologii i firmami wykonawczymi.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca współpracę z międzynarodowymi partnerami.
