Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Technical Program Manager, która dołączy do obszaru Technology Strategy & Governance. Rola ma charakter indywidualny i koncentruje się na kompleksowym prowadzeniu złożonych programów technologicznych realizowanych we współpracy z wieloma zespołami, w tym na planowaniu, governance, zarządzaniu zależnościami, ryzykiem oraz komunikacją ze stakeholderami.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie end-to-end programów technologicznych realizowanych we współpracy z wieloma zespołami, w tym przygotowywanie planów, roadmap, kamieni milowych i ścieżek krytycznych.
  • Zarządzanie zależnościami między zespołami, ryzykami, punktami integracji oraz konfliktami priorytetów.
  • Prowadzenie governance programu, w tym komitetów sterujących, przeglądów decyzyjnych, readiness review, statusów oraz przeglądów wdrożeń.
  • Prowadzenie rejestrów RAID i zależności oraz zapewnianie transparentnego monitorowania ryzyk, założeń, problemów i decyzji.
  • Definiowanie i monitorowanie KPI programu zgodnych z celami biznesowymi oraz wykorzystywanie danych do podejmowania decyzji.
  • Koordynacja współpracy z vendorami i partnerami zewnętrznymi, również w obszarze SLA/OLA.
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami Engineering, Product, Design i Operations w celu zapewnienia uporządkowanej komunikacji i efektywnego raportowania.
  • Wspieranie ciągłego doskonalenia poprzez feedback, retrospektywy oraz mentoring Associate TPMs, jeśli będzie to wymagane.

Wymagania

  • 3–5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu programami lub projektami technologicznymi.
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu wielozespołowych programów technologicznych end-to-end.
  • Doświadczenie w planowaniu programów, value slicing, tworzeniu roadmap releasowych oraz zarządzaniu wymaganiami niefunkcjonalnymi, takimi jak SLA/SLO, bezpieczeństwo i operacyjność.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metodyk Agile, Kanban, Lean lub Six Sigma.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z MS Office, Jira i Confluence.
  • Podstawowa znajomość SQL oraz znajomość co najmniej jednego języka programowania.
  • Wysokie kompetencje w zakresie zarządzania interesariuszami, uporządkowanej komunikacji i raportowania.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze Computer Science, Engineering, IT lub pokrewnym.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w koordynacji vendorów lub partnerów zewnętrznych.
  • Doświadczenie w środowisku logistycznym lub e-commerce.
  • Certyfikacja PMP lub ITIL.
