Technology Manager (K/M)

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za rozwój i zarządzanie technologiami obróbki CNC w zakładzie produkcyjnym. Kluczowym celem roli jest doskonalenie procesów produkcyjnych, wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych oraz zapewnienie wysokiej jakości i efektywności produkcji.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Tworzenie i realizacja długoterminowej strategii rozwoju technologii obróbki CNC oraz monitorowanie nowych trendów i innowacji.
  • Nadzór nad procesami obróbczymi, analiza ich efektywności oraz inicjowanie działań usprawniających.
  • Wdrażanie narzędzi Lean Manufacturing i rozwiązań wspierających ciągłe doskonalenie produkcji.
  • Zarządzanie zespołem technologów, konstruktorów oprzyrządowania oraz programistów CNC, wspieranie ich rozwoju i budowanie zaangażowania.
  • Planowanie i koordynacja wdrożeń nowych wyrobów, z dbałością o terminowość oraz zgodność z wymaganiami biznesowymi.
  • Inicjowanie projektów związanych z automatyzacją procesów oraz modernizacją parku maszynowego.
  • Odpowiedzialność za budżet obszaru technologicznego, w tym ocenę i rekomendację inwestycji w nowe maszyny, technologie oraz oprogramowanie.
  • Ścisła współpraca z działami produkcji, jakości, inżynierii i logistyki w celu zwiększania efektywności operacyjnej.
  • Budowanie oraz utrzymywanie relacji z dostawcami maszyn, narzędzi i rozwiązań technologicznych.

Oczekiwania

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym w obszarze technologii CNC lub produkcji, obejmujące procesy takie jak toczenie wałów, frezowanie obwiedniowe i pokrewne.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowane kierunki związane z inżynierią mechaniczną lub technologią produkcji.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów obróbczych, technologii CNC oraz systemów CAD/CAM.
  • Praktyczna znajomość metod optymalizacji procesów produkcyjnych, takich jak Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA czy SPC.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów oraz skutecznym wdrażaniu zmian w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Umiejętność skutecznego zarządzania zespołem oraz rozwijania kompetencji pracowników.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i zdolność do współpracy z różnymi obszarami organizacji.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
