AI Developer (Azure)

Lokalizacja: Warszawa (model hybrydowy: minimum 1 dzień w tygodniu w biurze)

Umowa B2B: 160–190 PLN/h

Poszukujemy doświadczonego AI Developera, który będzie projektował, wdrażał i utrzymywał rozwiązania oparte o Azure AI Foundry oraz modele LLM wykorzystywane w kluczowych procesach ubezpieczeniowych. Rola obejmuje pracę end‑to‑end: od prototypowania, przez integracje i MLOps, po stabilną produkcję i zgodność z regulacjami. Zespół pracuje nad agentami, RAG, automatyzacją procesów oraz bezpiecznym wdrażaniem AI w środowisku chmurowym Microsoft.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Projektowanie, implementacja i utrzymanie usług AI/LLM na Azure (inferencja, orkiestracja przepływów, RAG, agenci)

• Tworzenie i optymalizacja promptów, wersjonowanie, ewaluacja i monitoring jakości

• Integracja z systemami dziedzinowymi (API), budowa pipelines MLOps i CI/CD

• Zapewnienie zgodności z Data and AI Governance: dokumentacja, nadzór ludzki, testy, transparentność

• Optymalizacja kosztów i niezawodności (observability, alerting, SLO/SLA)

• Budowa i rozwój baz wiedzy wykorzystywanych przez rozwiązania AI

• Projektowanie rozwiązań na styku Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform i RPA

• Transfer wiedzy, przygotowywanie dokumentacji technicznej, wzorców i dobrych praktyk

Wymagania (must have):

• Doświadczenie z usługami Azure AI/ML: Azure AI Foundry/Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, rejestry modeli, monitoring

• Bardzo dobra znajomość Python lub .NET (C#)

• Doświadczenie z RAG: wektory, indeksy, normalizacja dokumentów

• MLOps/DevOps dla AI: Git, Azure DevOps lub GitHub Actions, IaC (Bicep/Terraform)

• Zaawansowane techniki podziału i preprocessingu dokumentów (recursive, semantic, layout‑aware chunking)

• Doświadczenie z multi-step retrieval

• Doświadczenie z re-rankingiem i poprawą jakości agentów

• Optymalizacja kosztowa rozwiązań RAG

• Wdrażanie RAG w dużej skali

• Doświadczenie w transferze wiedzy i tworzeniu dokumentacji technicznej

• Świadczenie usług z terytorium Polski

• Praca hybrydowa: minimum 1 dzień w tygodniu w biurze w Warszawie

Mile widziane:

• Doświadczenie z agentami AI (frameworki, ewaluacja)

• Integracja z APIM, Functions, AKS/ACI

• Znajomość wzorców niezawodności (retry, circuit breaker)

• Praktyka w bezpieczeństwie danych: PII, RODO, red teaming, filtrowanie treści
