Poszukujemy doświadczonego Architekta Systemowego, który dołączy do projektu realizowanego dla dużej organizacji z sektora ubezpieczeniowo-finansowego. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za projektowanie i rozwój nowoczesnego systemu obsługi zgłoszeń szkód budowanego od podstaw w architekturze rozproszonej i mikrousługowej. Rola obejmuje zarówno projektowanie architektury systemowej, jak i aktywne wsparcie zespołów developerskich w realizacji rozwiązań zgodnych z wymaganiami jakościowymi, bezpieczeństwa i skalowalności.

Kluczowe obowiązki:

  • Projektowanie nowego systemu zgłoszeń szkód oraz dokumentowanie architektury rozwiązania.
  • Budowa systemu od podstaw w oparciu o architekturę mikroserwisową.
  • Udział w analizach wykonalności oraz definiowaniu założeń technicznych dla rozwoju systemu.
  • Wyznaczanie kierunku rozwoju technologicznego oraz dbanie o standardy architektoniczne i jakość kodu.
  • Szacowanie pracochłonności zadań programistycznych i architektonicznych oraz planowanie potrzebnych zasobów.
  • Koordynowanie i nadzorowanie prac developerskich, prowadzenie code review oraz tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Zapewnienie spełnienia wymagań eksploatacyjnych, wydajnościowych oraz bezpieczeństwa systemu.
  • Wsparcie techniczne zespołów podczas wdrożeń i uruchomień produkcyjnych.
  • Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi, analitycznymi i biznesowymi w środowisku Agile.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i nadzorze architektury systemów.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu skalowalnych, bezpiecznych i odpornych na awarie architektur rozproszonych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość wzorców architektonicznych oraz praktyk integracyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z rozwiązaniami chmurowymi oraz automatyzacją infrastruktury.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia code review, mentoringu oraz warsztatów architektonicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu roadmap technologicznych oraz analizie ryzyk technicznych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość observability end-to-end.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w obszarze API governance.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu systemów opartych o Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz współpracy zespołowej.

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze chaos engineering.
  • Znajomość strategii Multi-cloud.
  • Zaawansowane doświadczenie praktyczne z DDD.
  • Udział w definiowaniu standardów technologicznych na poziomie organizacji.
