Poszukujemy doświadczonego Architekta Systemowego, który dołączy do strategicznego projektu transformacyjnego związanego z wdrożeniem nowego systemu do obsługi szkód i świadczeń. Rola obejmuje pracę w wielozespołowym środowisku, gdzie kluczowe jest zapewnienie spójności architektonicznej, jakości rozwiązań oraz efektywności procesu wytwórczego.

Kluczowe obowiązki:

  • Projektowanie architektury systemu wspierającej efektywne wytwarzanie i rozwój oprogramowania.
  • Definiowanie standardów technologicznych i zasad wytwarzania (API-first, event-driven, microservices).
  • Przekładanie wymagań biznesowych na rozwiązania architektoniczne oraz wsparcie zespołów developerskich.
  • Organizacja procesu wytwórczego w środowisku wielozespołowym.
  • Wsparcie planowania iteracji, MVP i etapów wdrożenia.
  • Definiowanie standardów jakości oprogramowania, integracji i dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Udział w przeglądach architektonicznych i kontrola zgodności rozwiązań.
  • Identyfikacja zależności między systemami oraz zapewnienie spójności prac.
  • Wspieranie automatyzacji CI/CD i współpraca z zespołami DevOps.
  • Nadzór nad dostawcami zewnętrznymi pod kątem jakości i zgodności architektonicznej.
  • Identyfikacja ryzyk technicznych i inicjowanie działań korygujących.
  • Ciągłe doskonalenie procesu wytwórczego.

Wymagania (must have):

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i nadzorze architektury systemów.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu skalowalnych, bezpiecznych i odpornych na awarie architektur rozproszonych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość wzorców architektonicznych i praktyk integracyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie z chmurą i automatyzacją infrastruktury.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia code review, mentoringu oraz warsztatów architektonicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu roadmap technologicznych i analizie ryzyk.
  • Praktyczna znajomość observability end-to-end.
  • Praktyczna znajomość API governance.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Domain-Driven Design.
  • Doświadczenie w Event-Driven Architecture.

  • Doświadczenie w chaos engineering.
  • Znajomość strategii Multi-cloud.
  • Zaawansowane praktyczne DDD.
  • Udział w definiowaniu standardów technologicznych na poziomie organizacji.
