O projekcie

Poszukujemy osoby, która wesprze strategiczną transformację organizacji IT opartą o wykorzystanie sztucznej inteligencji. Projekt koncentruje się na wdrażaniu nowoczesnych rozwiązań AI oraz praktyk Agentic Software Development Life Cycle (Agentic SDLC), które zmieniają sposób projektowania, rozwijania, testowania i utrzymywania oprogramowania.

Celem jest stworzenie nowego modelu pracy organizacji IT, w którym AI staje się integralnym elementem procesu wytwórczego, wspierając zespoły w zwiększaniu produktywności, poprawie jakości dostarczanych rozwiązań oraz skróceniu czasu realizacji zmian biznesowych.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Wdrażanie narzędzi i rozwiązań AI w zespołach IT
  • Konfiguracja oraz integracja narzędzi AI z procesami wytwórczymi
  • Projektowanie i budowa workflowów opartych o AI oraz Agentic SDLC
  • Tworzenie standardów, dokumentacji technicznej, playbooków i materiałów do bazy wiedzy
  • Wspieranie zespołów developerskich, testerskich, analitycznych i DevOps w codziennym wykorzystaniu AI
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów i sesji technicznych związanych z wdrażaniem rozwiązań AI
  • Analiza wykorzystania narzędzi i identyfikacja obszarów do dalszej optymalizacji
  • Transfer wiedzy oraz budowanie samodzielności zespołów w utrzymaniu wdrożonych rozwiązań
  • Współpraca z liderami IT, Product Ownerami oraz innymi interesariuszami projektu

Wymagania (must have)

  • Doświadczenie w pracy przy wytwarzaniu oprogramowania (np. Developer, Tester, DevOps, Analityk, Scrum Master, Product Owner lub podobna rola)
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu narzędzi lub rozwiązań AI w środowisku IT
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość cyklu życia oprogramowania (SDLC)
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi takich jak GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex lub Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze Agentic SDLC, prompt engineering oraz projektowania workflowów AI
  • Znajomość możliwości i ograniczeń generatywnej AI oraz modeli LLM
  • Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb zespołów technologicznych na konkretne wdrożenia rozwiązań AI
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu warsztatów i transferze wiedzy do zespołów technicznych
  • Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji technicznej i standardów pracy
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne i organizacyjne
  • Samodzielność oraz aktywne śledzenie trendów i rozwoju technologii AI
  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w Warszawie (minimum 1 dzień w tygodniu w biurze)
  • Świadczenie usług z terytorium Polski

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu nowych narzędzi developerskich w dużych organizacjach
  • Znajomość zasad bezpiecznego i odpowiedzialnego wykorzystania AI w organizacjach regulowanych
  • Doświadczenie z frameworkami agentowymi (np. LangGraph) lub protokołem MCP
