Dołącz do zespołu realizującego strategiczne inicjatywy związane z wykorzystaniem sztucznej inteligencji w procesie wytwarzania oprogramowania. Poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby, która będzie wspierać projektowanie, wdrażanie i rozwój rozwiązań klasy Agentic SDLC, współpracując bezpośrednio z zespołami deweloperskimi, DevOps i QA w dużym środowisku enterprise.

Twoje zadania

  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie agentów AI, workflowów oraz rozwiązań automatyzujących procesy SDLC.
  • Integracja narzędzi AI z repozytoriami kodu, pipeline'ami CI/CD, procesami code review i testowania.
  • Budowa oraz rozwój rozwiązań wspierających programistów, testerów i zespoły DevOps.
  • Współpraca z zespołami technicznymi w zakresie wdrażania najlepszych praktyk związanych z wykorzystaniem AI.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów technicznych i wspieranie procesu discovery.
  • Monitorowanie efektywności wdrożeń oraz optymalizacja wykorzystania modeli AI.
  • Transfer wiedzy do zespołów produktowych poprzez wspólne projektowanie rozwiązań, code review oraz pair programming.
  • Wspieranie zespołów w przejęciu odpowiedzialności za wdrożone rozwiązania i ich dalszy rozwój.

Wymagania

Must have

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer lub pokrewnym.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pełnego cyklu życia oprogramowania (SDLC).
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu narzędzi AI wspierających proces wytwarzania oprogramowania (np. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, M365 Copilot).
  • Doświadczenie w budowie agentów AI, workflowów, promptów i ich integracji z ekosystemem deweloperskim.
  • Znajomość nowoczesnych praktyk inżynierii oprogramowania wspieranych przez AI.
  • Znajomość koncepcji LLM, RAG, automatyzacji oraz architektur agentowych.
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu rozwiązań AI w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb biznesowych i technicznych na architekturę oraz inicjatywy wdrożeniowe.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne i konsultingowe.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi organizacjami oraz świadomość wymogów związanych z bezpieczeństwem i zgodnością.

Nice to have

  • Znajomość frameworków takich jak LangGraph.
  • Doświadczenie z protokołem MCP.
  • Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu optymalizacji kosztów wykorzystania modeli AI.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu warsztatów technicznych i inicjatyw transformacyjnych.
