Twoja rola

  • Pełnienie funkcji Tech Leada w zespole Scrumowym
  • Aktywne programowanie w Java i realizacja wymagań biznesowych
  • Projektowanie oraz rozwój architektury systemów i mikroserwisów
  • Współpraca z Product Ownerem oraz interesariuszami biznesowymi przy przekładaniu wymagań na rozwiązania techniczne
  • Definiowanie standardów architektonicznych i programistycznych
  • Prowadzenie code review oraz dbanie o wysoką jakość rozwijanego oprogramowania
  • Mentoring i wsparcie rozwoju zespołu developerskiego
  • Projektowanie oraz nadzór nad integracjami systemowymi i API
  • Dbanie o wydajność, bezpieczeństwo i skalowalność rozwiązań
  • Współpraca z zespołami architektonicznymi, DevOps oraz innymi zespołami Scrumowymi
  • Udział w podejmowaniu decyzji technologicznych i analizie ryzyk
  • Wykorzystanie rozwiązań chmurowych, preferencyjnie Azure
  • Wykorzystywanie AI oraz Agentic AI w procesie rozwoju oprogramowania

Must have

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Java poparta doświadczeniem komercyjnym (ok. 75% czasu pracy to aktywne programowanie)
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i budowie systemów webowych
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektury mikroserwisowej i systemów rozproszonych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość wzorców architektonicznych oraz integracyjnych
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu API i integracji systemów
  • Praktyczna znajomość DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość relacyjnych baz danych oraz optymalizacji zapytań SQL
  • Doświadczenie z Event-Driven Architecture
  • Znajomość zagadnień observability end-to-end
  • Doświadczenie w code review, mentoringu oraz technicznym prowadzeniu zespołu
  • Umiejętność współpracy międzyzespołowej
  • Doświadczenie w podejmowaniu decyzji technologicznych i ocenie ryzyk
  • Znajomość Docker oraz Kubernetes
  • Język angielski na poziomie min. B2
  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w Warszawie

Nice to have

  • Doświadczenie z Azure lub innymi rozwiązaniami chmurowymi
  • Znajomość CI/CD oraz praktyk DevOps
  • Wykorzystywanie AI w procesie tworzenia oprogramowania, automatyzacji i wsparciu decyzji architektonicznych
