Dla jednego z największych przedsiębiorstw w Polsce poszukujemy AI Tech Leada, który dołączy do strategicznej inicjatywy transformacji organizacji IT z wykorzystaniem sztucznej inteligencji oraz rozwiązań Agentic SDLC.

Projekt koncentruje się na budowie nowoczesnego modelu operacyjnego IT, w którym AI stanowi integralny element procesu wytwarzania oprogramowania. Obejmuje wykorzystanie agentów AI wspierających analizę biznesową i systemową, rozwój oprogramowania, testowanie, dokumentację, zarządzanie backlogiem oraz utrzymanie systemów. Celem jest zwiększenie efektywności zespołów, poprawa jakości dostarczanych rozwiązań oraz przyspieszenie realizacji zmian biznesowych.

Twoja rola

Jako AI Tech Lead będziesz odpowiadać za techniczne prowadzenie rozwoju platformy AI oraz definiowanie standardów i najlepszych praktyk wspierających skalowanie rozwiązań opartych o GenAI.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Techniczne prowadzenie rozwoju Platformy AI
  • Współpraca z Product Ownerem oraz Architektem Platformy AI
  • Definiowanie standardów technologicznych, architektonicznych i operacyjnych
  • Mentoring oraz wsparcie zespołu inżynierów
  • Prowadzenie uzgodnień technicznych i przeglądów architektonicznych
  • Projektowanie oraz rozwój rozwiązań GenAI, RAG i Agentic AI
  • Budowa praktyk DevOps, MLOps, Observability i FinOps
  • Wspieranie inicjatyw przechodzących z fazy PoC do środowisk produkcyjnych
  • Współpraca z zespołami Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integracji i Architektury

Nasze wymagania

Must have

  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w IT
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w roli Tech Leada, Architekta lub Lidera Technicznego
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i budowie platform AI dla dużych organizacji
  • Ekspercka znajomość Microsoft Azure
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i budowie platform AI oraz GenAI
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure AI Foundry
  • Doświadczenie z Azure AI Foundry Agent Service
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure AI Search
  • Doświadczenie z Azure Machine Learning
  • Doświadczenie z Azure API Management
  • Ekspercka znajomość Terraform oraz Infrastructure as Code
  • Doświadczenie w budowie standardów platformowych, procesów DevOps i MLOps
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) i środowisk kontenerowych
  • Doświadczenie w definiowaniu standardów bezpieczeństwa, Observability, Governance i FinOps
  • Doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań wykorzystujących LLM, RAG oraz agentów AI
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu przeglądów architektonicznych i współpracy międzyzespołowej
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w Warszawie
