Poszukujemy doświadczonego Proxy Product Ownera, który wesprze rozwój innowacyjnych rozwiązań opartych o AI i GenAI w ramach wieloletniego projektu o dużej skali biznesowej.

📍 Warszawa 🏢 Model hybrydowy: 3 dni w tygodniu z biura, 2 dni zdalnie

💵 170-200 PLN/H (B2B)

O projekcie

Będziesz częścią strategicznego programu transformacyjnego, którego celem jest budowa nowoczesnego ekosystemu procesów biznesowych opartych o dane, automatyzację oraz sztuczną inteligencję. Projekt wykorzystuje najnowsze technologie AI/GenAI i ma realny wpływ na rozwój kluczowych procesów biznesowych organizacji.

Na co dzień będziesz współpracować z zespołem składającym się z Product Ownerów, liderów biznesowych i technologicznych, analityków oraz zespołu ekspertów AI odpowiedzialnych za projektowanie i wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań opartych na modelach językowych oraz machine learningu.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi i technologicznymi przy definiowaniu potrzeb oraz kierunku rozwoju produktów AI.
  • Zarządzanie backlogiem i priorytetami dla wielu strumieni prac jednocześnie.
  • Współtworzenie wizji produktu i roadmapy rozwoju rozwiązań AI.
  • Podejmowanie decyzji produktowych w oparciu o wartość biznesową, dane i zależności technologiczne.
  • Wspieranie zespołów deweloperskich w realizacji inicjatyw od fazy koncepcji aż do wdrożenia produkcyjnego.
  • Monitorowanie wykorzystania budżetu i pojemności zespołu.
  • Definiowanie mierzalnych celów biznesowych oraz kryteriów sukcesu dla realizowanych inicjatyw.
  • Transparentna komunikacja postępów oraz aktywne zarządzanie oczekiwaniami interesariuszy.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Product Ownera, Proxy Product Ownera lub podobnej roli.
  • Doświadczenie przy rozwoju produktów wykorzystujących AI, GenAI, modele LLM lub zaawansowaną analitykę danych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość środowisk chmurowych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metodyk Agile oraz pełnego cyklu życia produktu.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej priorytetyzacji backlogu oraz podejmowania decyzji na podstawie danych.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne.
  • Zaawansowana znajomość Jiry, zarządzania backlogiem oraz workflowami.
  • Dobra znajomość nowoczesnych technologii, takich jak API, integracje, chmura czy systemy rozproszone.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami krytycznymi biznesowo.
  • Certyfikat Agile/Scrum (np. PSPO II lub równoważny).
  • Język angielski na poziomie minimum B2.
  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w Warszawie (3 dni z biura).

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym, ubezpieczeniowym lub innych środowiskach regulowanych.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu warsztatów discovery, Story Mapping i Event Storming.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z Responsible AI, AI Governance oraz regulacjami dotyczącymi sztucznej inteligencji.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach wykorzystujących technologie takie jak Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, RAG, Agentic AI czy MLOps.
