Twoja rola

Jako Technical Leader / Architekt Systemowy będziesz odpowiadać za projektowanie architektury nowoczesnego systemu budowanego w podejściu mikroserwisowym oraz za wyznaczanie kierunku technologicznego całego rozwiązania.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie architektury nowego systemu i tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej
  • Budowa rozwiązania od podstaw w rozproszonej architekturze mikroserwisowej
  • Opracowywanie analiz wykonalności oraz rekomendacji architektonicznych
  • Definiowanie standardów technologicznych i dbanie o jakość kodu
  • Szacowanie prac architektonicznych i developerskich
  • Prowadzenie code review oraz mentoring zespołu
  • Współpraca z analitykami, Product Ownerem i developerami przy realizacji roadmapy produktu
  • Nadzór nad bezpieczeństwem, wydajnością i niezawodnością systemu
  • Wsparcie zespołu podczas developmentu, wdrożeń i stabilizacji rozwiązania

Nasze oczekiwania

Must have

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i nadzorze architektury systemów
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w branży ubezpieczeniowej (mile widziana domena szkodowa)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Java oraz Spring
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu skalowalnych architektur rozproszonych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość wzorców architektonicznych i praktyk integracyjnych
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z rozwiązaniami chmurowymi oraz automatyzacją infrastruktury
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia code review, mentoringu i warsztatów architektonicznych
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu roadmap technologicznych oraz analizie ryzyk
  • Praktyczna znajomość: Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Event-Driven Architecture API Governance Observability end-to-end
  • Język angielski na poziomie min. B2
  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w Warszawie (3 dni w biurze tygodniowo)
