Dołącz do zespołu realizującego jeden z największych programów transformacji cyfrowej w branży finansowo-ubezpieczeniowej. Projekt koncentruje się na budowie nowoczesnych systemów wspierających obsługę klientów, automatyzację procesów biznesowych oraz wykorzystanie AI i analityki danych w kluczowych obszarach działalności organizacji.

Będziesz częścią zespołu rozwijającego nowy system wykrywania nadużyć (fraud detection), współpracując z analitykami biznesowymi, data scientistami, testerami i developerami przy rozwiązaniu o dużej skali oraz wysokim wolumenie przetwarzanych danych.

Twoje zadania

  • Rozwój i utrzymanie aplikacji opartych o architekturę mikroserwisową
  • Projektowanie i implementacja API oraz integracji między systemami
  • Tworzenie wydajnych i skalowalnych rozwiązań backendowych
  • Udział w projektowaniu rozwiązań technicznych i analizie wymagań
  • Pisanie testów jednostkowych i integracyjnych
  • Udział w code review oraz dbanie o jakość kodu
  • Współpraca w środowisku Agile/Scrum
  • Wykorzystanie nowoczesnych narzędzi AI wspierających proces wytwarzania oprogramowania

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego w Java
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia z Apache Kafka
  • Dobra znajomość SQL
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i testowaniu aplikacji backendowych
  • Znajomość testów jednostkowych i integracyjnych (JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, WireMock)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami rozproszonymi i architekturą mikroserwisową
  • Znajomość konteneryzacji aplikacji
  • Znajomość BPMN i silników procesowych
  • Podstawowa znajomość Angular
  • Umiejętność korzystania z narzędzi AI wspierających development
  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej (1 dzień w tygodniu z biura w Warszawie)

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie z DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
  • Znajomość rozwiązań chmurowych (Azure lub inne)
  • Doświadczenie z rozwiązaniami Agentic AI
  • Znajomość baz grafowych (Neo4j)
