Poszukujemy doświadczonego Eksperta UX/UI, który będzie odpowiadał za projektowanie nowoczesnych doświadczeń użytkownika dla aplikacji webowych i mobilnych oraz rozwój rozwiązań wspierających kanały cyfrowe i samoobsługę klientów.

Twoje zadania

  • Projektowanie doświadczeń użytkownika (UX) dla aplikacji webowych i mobilnych
  • Tworzenie wireframe'ów, makiet i interaktywnych prototypów
  • Rozwój architektury informacji oraz Design Systemu
  • Projektowanie interfejsów zgodnie ze standardami UX/UI i WCAG
  • Prowadzenie badań użyteczności i analiza wyników testów
  • Analiza potrzeb użytkowników oraz rekomendowanie usprawnień
  • Ścisła współpraca z analitykami, programistami, testerami i biznesem
  • Udział w testach i odbiorach wdrażanych rozwiązań
  • Dbanie o spójność doświadczeń użytkownika w kanałach cyfrowych
  • Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych i wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk UX/UI

Wymagania

Must have

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu UX/UI dla aplikacji webowych lub mobilnych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Figma, Sketch lub Adobe XD
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu prototypów hi-fidelity
  • Znajomość Design Systems oraz heurystyk Nielsena
  • Doświadczenie w planowaniu i prowadzeniu badań z użytkownikami
  • Umiejętność analizy danych jakościowych i ilościowych
  • Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi i QA
  • Znajomość standardu WCAG
  • Język angielski umożliwiający pracę w środowisku projektowym

Mile widziane

  • Hotjar, Google Analytics lub podobne narzędzia analityczne
  • Podstawowa znajomość HTML i CSS
  • Projektowanie mikrointerakcji i animacji
  • Znajomość Design Thinking
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu aplikacji mobilnych i rozwoju Design Systemów
