O projekcie:

Dołączysz do zespołu rozwijającego nowoczesny system wykrywania nadużyć, wykorzystujący Machine Learning, AI oraz zaawansowaną analizę danych.

Jako Senior Data Scientist będziesz odpowiadać za pełny cykl życia modeli, od analizy danych i feature engineeringu, przez eksperymentowanie i walidację, aż po wdrożenie oraz ocenę działania modelu w środowisku produkcyjnym.

To rola dla osoby, która łączy solidny warsztat Data Science / Machine Learning z umiejętnością zrozumienia problemu biznesowego i przełożenia go na odpowiednie rozwiązanie analityczne.

Zakres zadań:

  • Budowa, rozwój i utrzymanie modeli wykrywających i oceniających ryzyko nadużyć
  • Prowadzenie pełnego procesu pracy z modelem: data preparation, feature engineering, modelling, validation, explainability i deployment
  • Praca z różnymi typami danych, w tym tabular, text oraz graph data
  • Dobór odpowiednich metod ML, metryk i sposobów walidacji
  • Projektowanie i ocena eksperymentów
  • Analiza nowych metod oraz źródeł danych
  • Wyjaśnianie działania modeli z wykorzystaniem m.in. SHAP
  • Dokumentowanie wyników i prezentowanie ich osobom technicznym oraz biznesowym
  • Współpraca z developerami, analitykami i ekspertami biznesowymi
  • Ocena, kiedy wykorzystanie LLM ma biznesowe i techniczne uzasadnienie, a kiedy lepszym rozwiązaniem będzie klasyczne ML

Wymagania:

  • Około 3+ lat doświadczenia jako Data Scientist
  • Doświadczenie z przynajmniej jednym modelem wdrożonym do środowiska produkcyjnego
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość SQL
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie z modelami klasyfikacyjnymi na danych tabelarycznych, np. logistic regression, gradient boosting
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość feature engineeringu
  • Umiejętność doboru metryk i metod walidacji
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i ocenie eksperymentów
  • Znajomość metod model explainability, np. SHAP
  • Swobodne programowanie pozwalające samodzielnie prowadzić eksperymenty i rozwijać modele
  • Umiejętność krytycznej analizy danych i oceny ich wpływu na jakość modelu
  • Znajomość współczesnych podejść do Machine Learning i AI, w tym świadomego wykorzystania LLM
  • Umiejętność jasnego prezentowania wyników osobom nietechnicznym

Nice to have:

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze fraud detection, AML lub credit risk
  • Znajomość sektora finansowego lub ubezpieczeniowego
  • Doświadczenie z graph data / graph analytics, np. Neo4j
  • NLP, szczególnie dla języka polskiego
  • Model monitoring po wdrożeniu
  • Znajomość Java
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z developerami w jednym repozytorium, w tym code review i testy
