Bij Antenno breng je mensen en merk samen. Als Brand & Stakeholder Communicatiespecialist bouw je aan merk-consistente communicatie over teams en kanalen heen, met focus op employer branding, change/transitie en ESG. Je faciliteert co-creatie, verbindt stakeholders en vertaalt strategie naar tastbaar resultaat.

Jouw missie

Stakeholders intern én extern samenbrengen rond één merkverhaal, en dat verhaal vertalen naar plannen, content en activaties die bewegen en verbinden.

Hoe je dag eruitziet

  • Trajecten in employer branding, change & transitie en ESG/MVO vormgeven en uitrollen.
  • Stakeholder mapping, analyses en engagementplannen opzetten.
  • Co-creatiesessies & workshops aan klantzijde faciliteren prioriteiten, governance, KPI’s
  • Merkgevoelige communicatie uitwerken en bewaken tone of voice, guidelines, consistency
  • Projectmanagement van strategie tot “bon à tirer” timing, budget bewaken, kwaliteit borgen
  • Meten, leren en bijsturen naar resultaat rapportering, feedbackloops, iteratie
  • Regelmatig on-site bij klanten werken hangt af van de opdrachten die lopen bij ons
  • 3–6 jaar ervaring in de rugzak in strategische (interne/externe) communicatie of PR
  • Ervaring met stakeholderwerk of change/transitie-communicatie.
  • Sterke pen, zin om te schrijven - ook met AI je kan complexe materie helder maken.
  • T-profiel brede communicatiebasis + diepte in stakeholder/verandercommunicatie.
  • NL vloeiend EN/FR professioneel is een plus
  • Structuur, eigenaarschap en zachte maar consequente opvolging

Goed meegenomen

  • Cases in B2B of publieke sector
  • Kennis van employer branding, employee engagement of ESG-rapportering
  • Ervaring met facilitation/moderation (workshops)
  • Basisdata-skills voor effectmeting (KPI’s, dashboards) en praktische inzichten
