¡Esta puede ser la oportunidad que estás buscando! En Anthesis estamos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo NALA Accounting Manager. Esta persona será responsable de liderar la gestión contable, financiera, fiscal y regulatoria de la región NALA, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos y legales, así como la integridad y precisión de la información financiera.

El rol implica liderar los procesos de cierre financiero, reportes estatutarios, auditorías, cumplimiento tributario, gestión de flujo de caja y capital de trabajo, además de actuar como socio estratégico para el liderazgo regional, aportando análisis financiero y recomendaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones del negocio.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades:

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables locales (GAAP), IFRS, fiscales y regulatorias en toda la región NALA.
  • Liderar los procesos de cierre financiero mensual y anual, asegurando reportes precisos y oportunos.
  • Supervisar la elaboración de reportes estatutarios, auditorías y presentaciones regulatorias de todas las entidades legales de la región.
  • Revisar y validar conciliaciones de balance, provisiones, ajustes y resultados financieros.
  • Gestionar el reconocimiento de ingresos, el cumplimiento de WIP (trabajo en proceso) y el desempeño del capital de trabajo.
  • Supervisar el flujo de caja, la liquidez y el cumplimiento de las políticas de tesorería en la región.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento fiscal, incluyendo IVA, impuesto de renta, impuestos de nómina y obligaciones transfronterizas.
  • Coordinar la relación con auditores externos, asesores fiscales, entidades regulatorias y equipos de servicios compartidos.
  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos financieros, proporcionando análisis e información estratégica al liderazgo regional.

Colaborar con el líder del equipo en la ejecución de otras funciones y responsabilidades necesarias para el éxito de los proyectos y la evolución del área.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas.
  • 5 o más años de experiencia profesional en contabilidad y finanzas.
  • Inglés C1
  • Experiencia en el sector de servicios profesionales.
  • Conocimiento sólido de IFRS, incluyendo reconocimiento de ingresos y contabilidad de proyectos bajo IFRS 15.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos internacionales y multimoneda, con aplicación de requisitos de reporte bajo IFRS.
  • Experiencia en preparación de estados financieros estatutarios y gestión de auditorías.
