En Anthesis buscamos un/a experto/a en Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) para unirse a nuestro LCA Center of Excellence, dentro del equipo de Circularity & Value Chain Transformation.

En este rol trabajarás con organizaciones de diferentes industrias para aplicar el análisis de ciclo de vida a retos complejos de sostenibilidad, desde la evaluación de productos y procesos hasta nuevas tecnologías, modelos circulares y cadenas de valor en evolución.

Buscamos una persona con 8+ años de experiencia en LCA, sólida formación técnica y capacidad para combinar análisis riguroso con pensamiento estratégico y trabajo directo con clientes.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Liderar proyectos de LCA y asegurar la calidad técnica de sus entregables.
  • Diseñar metodologías y enfoques para contextos complejos o donde los marcos existentes aún están evolucionando.
  • Acompañar a clientes en la toma de decisiones, convirtiendo resultados de LCA en insights y recomendaciones accionables.
  • Revisar modelos y análisis utilizando herramientas como SimaPro, OpenLCA y Excel.
  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos, brindando acompañamiento técnico y fortaleciendo las capacidades internas en LCA.
  • Participar en propuestas y conversaciones con clientes, identificando oportunidades para desarrollar la oferta de LCA de Anthesis.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de conocimiento en temas como Product Carbon Footprinting, sustainable product design, life cycle thinking, LCA at scale y automatización.
  • Representar a Anthesis en eventos y espacios de conocimiento relacionados con LCA y sostenibilidad.

Colaborar con el líder del equipo en la ejecución de otras funciones y responsabilidades necesarias para el éxito de los proyectos y la evolución del área.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional graduado/a en Ingeniería, Ciencia de Materiales o áreas técnicas afines.
  • 8+ años de experiencia en Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
  • Experiencia liderando LCAs complejos en diferentes sectores.
  • Conocimiento de ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol Product Standard, PEF, PCRs y otros estándares relevantes para LCA y Product Carbon Footprinting.
  • Manejo de herramientas como SimaPro, OpenLCA y Excel. GaBi es deseable.
  • Experiencia en GHG inventories y corporate carbon footprinting.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con información incompleta o escenarios en evolución, tomando decisiones técnicas sólidas y documentando supuestos y limitaciones.
  • Habilidad para entender cadenas de valor, system boundaries, feedstocks, sistemas circulares y tecnologías emergentes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento con clientes, con capacidad para traducir conceptos técnicos complejos en recomendaciones claras.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos complejos y múltiples prioridades.
  • Experiencia acompañando o desarrollando equipos junior.
  • Inglés avanzado (C1).
  • Deseable: experiencia en tecnología, semiconductores, servicios digitales, AI, cloud infrastructure o footprinting de productos tecnológicos.
