En Anthesis buscamos un/a Consultor/a Senior Bilingüe: Especialista en Datos ESG y Packaging para impulsar la transformación de sistemas de empaque más sostenibles a través de una gestión de datos sólida, estratégica y orientada al cumplimiento regulatorio.

En este rol serás responsable de desarrollar herramientas y soluciones de análisis de datos que apoyen proyectos de empaques sostenibles y estrategias de Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Trabajarás con organizaciones que van desde start-ups hasta compañías Fortune 500, ayudándolas a mejorar la calidad de su información y a tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en análisis y gestión de datos, interés por la sostenibilidad y conocimientos en empaques, que disfrute resolviendo problemas complejos y trabajando con clientes y equipos globales.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Liderar el análisis técnico de datos en proyectos de empaques sostenibles, identificando oportunidades para mejorar la calidad y confiabilidad de la información.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar herramientas personalizadas en Excel, Power BI o Tableau para gestionar y visualizar datos de empaques y proveedores.
  • Validar información de empaques de acuerdo con metodologías establecidas y requerimientos específicos de cada cliente.
  • Gestionar proyectos asegurando entregas oportunas, dentro del presupuesto y con altos estándares de calidad.
  • Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar brechas, inconsistencias y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Desarrollar modelos cuantitativos para construir líneas base de empaques y apoyar procesos de reporte EPR.
  • Investigar tendencias del mercado, regulaciones de empaques sostenibles y estrategias de sostenibilidad de la industria.
  • Elaborar reportes y presentaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de nuevos negocios y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes existentes.

Colaborar con el líder del equipo en la ejecución de otras funciones y responsabilidades necesarias para el éxito de los proyectos y la evolución del área.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería, Packaging, Desarrollo de Producto o carreras afines.
  • 2+ años de experiencia en packaging, desarrollo de producto o áreas relacionadas.
  • 4+ años de experiencia en gestión y análisis de datos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y desarrollo de herramientas para análisis y reporte de datos.
  • Conocimiento de materiales de empaque y Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de gestión de proyectos y resolución de problemas.
  • Inglés C1.
  • Deseable:Conocimiento de regulaciones EPR. Manejo de Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, NetSuite o herramientas similares. Experiencia en gestión de clientes o business development.
