En Anthesis buscamos un/a Analista de Due Diligence para unirse a nuestro equipo global de Business Intelligence y apoyar investigaciones que permitan a organizaciones de todo el mundo tomar decisiones informadas frente a riesgos corporativos, compliance y procesos de due diligence.

En este rol participarás en proyectos internacionales, investigando y analizando información proveniente de múltiples fuentes para elaborar reportes de alta calidad que apoyen a clientes globales en la gestión de riesgos y la toma de decisiones.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Apoyar la investigación y redacción de informes de due diligence e inteligencia corporativa.
  • Buscar, recopilar y analizar información proveniente de distintas fuentes públicas y comerciales.
  • Identificar información relevante y posibles riesgos para los clientes.
  • Apoyar la preparación de propuestas y respuestas relacionadas con solicitudes de clientes.
  • Aprender metodologías y herramientas de investigación utilizadas por el equipo.
  • Gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos con acompañamiento del equipo y líderes.
  • Participar en reuniones internas y eventualmente con clientes para apoyar el desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Asistir al equipo en la identificación y desarrollo de fuentes humanas.
  • Hablar con clientes, responder preguntas relacionadas con los informes y apoyar la atención de sus necesidades de due diligence.
  • Colaborar con el líder del equipo en la ejecución de otras funciones y responsabilidades necesarias para el éxito de los proyectos y la evolución del área.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Derecho, Relaciones Internacionales, Ciencia Política, Periodismo, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en investigación, due diligence, compliance, investigaciones corporativas, consultoría, periodismo investigativo, análisis reputacional, derecho o áreas afines. Las prácticas profesionales cuentan como experiencia relacionada.
  • Excelentes habilidades de investigación, análisis y síntesis de información.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Interés por los asuntos internacionales, los negocios y la gestión de riesgos corporativos.
  • Inglés C1.
  • Deseable:Especialización o cursos en compliance, riesgos corporativos, investigación o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia previa en due diligence o inteligencia corporativa. Portugués B2. Manejo de herramientas de búsqueda e investigación digital.
