Busquem una persona educadora ambiental amb formació científica o ambiental i capacitat per dinamitzar activitats en francès. Conduirà tallers pràctics sobre energia, tractament de l’aigua i residus a Barcelona, rodalies i el Maresme, i farà activitats puntuals en francès a la província de Girona.

📍 Ubicació: Barcelona, rodalies i Maresme, amb activitats puntuals a Girona. 📄 Contracte: fix discontinu. Període d’activitat previst del 26 d’octubre de 2026 al 31 de gener de 2027. 🕒 Jornada: parcial, 20 hores setmanals. L’horari habitual serà de 8 a 12 h, amb possibles activitats puntuals a la tarda o en cap de setmana. 🚗 Desplaçaments: cal disposar de carnet de conduir i vehicle propi. Es preveu un plus de quilometratge per a les activitats fora de la província de Barcelona.

Quines seran les teves funcions?

  • Dinamitzar tallers i activitats educatives sobre energia, tractament de l’aigua i gestió dels residus.
  • Conduir activitats en francès quan calgui i adaptar-ne els continguts als diferents públics.
  • Fer el seguiment i l’avaluació de les activitats realitzades.
  • Gestionar i controlar l’estoc dels materials necessaris.
  • Comunicar i fer seguiment de les incidències que puguin sorgir.
  • Participar en reunions internes de coordinació, principalment per Teams i quan sigui necessari.
  • Donar suport a altres tasques relacionades amb el projecte educatiu.

Què estem buscant?

Formació

  • Formació universitària o de cicle formatiu en l’àmbit ambiental o científic.

Coneixements

  • Capacitat per dinamitzar activitats educatives en francès.
  • Coneixements sobre temàtiques ambientals, especialment energia, tractament de l’aigua i residus.
  • Coneixement de metodologies educatives i participatives i de dinamització de grups.
  • Capacitat per explicar continguts ambientals de manera clara i adaptada als diferents públics.

Experiència

  • Es valorarà l’experiència en activitats educatives, divulgatives o formatives de temàtica ambiental.
  • Es valorarà l’experiència dinamitzant tallers o activitats amb grups.

Competències clau

  • Facilitat per comunicar continguts i despertar l’interès pels temes ambientals.
  • Capacitat per dinamitzar grups i adaptar les activitats a cada públic.
  • Organització i responsabilitat en la preparació dels materials i el seguiment de les activitats.
  • Proactivitat i capacitat per comunicar i gestionar incidències.
  • Bona disposició per treballar de manera coordinada amb l’equip.

Altres requisits

  • Carnet de conduir i vehicle propi.
  • Disponibilitat per fer activitats puntuals a la tarda o en cap de setmana.
  • Residència preferiblement a Barcelona ciutat o rodalies.

Què t’oferim?

Incorporar-te a un projecte educatiu ambiental per apropar a diferents públics continguts sobre energia, tractament de l’aigua i residus.

  • Contracte fix discontinu del 26 d’octubre de 2026 al 31 de gener de 2027.
  • Jornada parcial de 20 hores setmanals, amb horari habitual de 8 a 12 h. L’horari podrà variar puntualment segons les necessitats de les activitats, que també es podran fer alguna tarda o en cap de setmana.
  • Retribució de referència de 23.584,90 € bruts anuals a jornada completa, proporcional a la jornada parcial.
  • Plus de quilometratge per a les activitats realitzades fora de la província de Barcelona.
  • L’oportunitat de dinamitzar activitats educatives ambientals a Barcelona i rodalies, i de fer activitats puntuals en francès a la província de Girona.
  • Formar part d’Anthesis, una empresa B Corp compromesa amb les persones, la sostenibilitat i l’impacte positiu.
