Buscamos informadores/as para colaborar en una jornada educativa relacionada con la DANA, que tendrá lugar en el Palau de Congressos de València.

Tu papel será clave para acompañar a los grupos de alumnado durante la jornada, facilitar el correcto desarrollo de las actividades y ofrecer apoyo tanto al profesorado como a las personas participantes.

📍 Ubicación: Palau de Congressos de València. 📄 Tipo de contrato: Fijo discontinuo, para los días 3 y 4 de noviembre de 2026. 🕒 Horario: Jornada Parcial de 10 horas: Martes 3 de noviembre: de 15:30 a 19:30 h (4 h).

Miércoles 4 de noviembre: de 8:30 a 14:30 h (6 h).

  • Incorporación: Incorporación para el día 3 de noviembre de 2026 y finalización el 4 de noviembre de 2026.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?

  • Dar la bienvenida y orientar a los grupos participantes durante la jornada.
  • Acompañar a los grupos en sus desplazamientos entre los diferentes espacios y actividades.
  • Informar sobre la programación y resolver dudas básicas de alumnado y profesorado.
  • Coordinar los accesos, entradas y salidas de los grupos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los horarios y la correcta organización de los grupos asignados.
  • Apoyar al profesorado acompañante durante el desarrollo de las actividades.
  • Colaborar en las tareas de recepción, acreditación y atención a participantes.
  • Comunicar y gestionar incidencias para garantizar el buen desarrollo de la jornada.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Formación

  • Se valorará estar cursando o haber cursado estudios relacionados con Educación, Pedagogía, Educación Social, Integración Social, Animación Sociocultural o ámbitos afines.

Conocimientos

  • Dominio del valenciano, imprescindible para comunicarte con fluidez con el alumnado y el profesorado. Se realizará una breve prueba oral durante el proceso de selección.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia en atención y gestión de grupos, preferiblemente en actividades educativas, culturales o eventos.

Competencias clave

  • Habilidades comunicativas, trato cercano y actitud resolutiva.
  • Persona dinámica, proactiva y organizada.
  • Capacidad para coordinar grupos en espacios con elevada afluencia de participantes.
  • Responsabilidad, puntualidad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Orientación a la atención al público y habilidades interpersonales.

Otros requisitos

  • Disponer del certificado negativo de delitos de naturaleza sexual vigente.
  • Vestimenta requerida: camiseta negra lisa y pantalón negro.
