En Anthesis buscamos un/a Senior Consultant para unirse a nuestro equipo de Value Chain Transformation, liderando programas de relacionamiento con proveedores y apoyando a clientes multinacionales en la construcción de cadenas de suministro más sostenibles.

En este rol diseñarás e implementarás estrategias de engagement con proveedores, impulsando mejoras en Scope 3, abastecimiento responsable y procesos de due diligence, además de actuar como referente técnico en proyectos para clientes globales.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Liderar proyectos de sostenibilidad en la cadena de suministro, proporcionando análisis y recomendaciones para mejorar el desempeño y la calidad de los datos de proveedores.
  • Diseñar e implementar programas de relacionamiento con proveedores, incluyendo solicitudes de información, capacitaciones y seguimiento a planes de mejora.
  • Desarrollar y mantener herramientas analíticas y dashboards en Excel, Power BI y Tableau para la recopilación, seguimiento y reporte de información.
  • Revisar y validar datos de la cadena de suministro de acuerdo con metodologías, estándares de calidad y requerimientos de los clientes.
  • Trabajar directamente con clientes para comprender sus necesidades y diseñar soluciones que generen valor y apoyen sus objetivos de sostenibilidad.
  • Brindar orientación técnica en temas relacionados con Scope 3, inventarios GEI y engagement con proveedores.
  • Apoyar actividades de desarrollo de negocio y contribuir al crecimiento de los servicios de sostenibilidad en la cadena de suministro.
  • Mentorear y apoyar a miembros más junior del equipo.
  • Colaborar con el líder del equipo en la ejecución de otras funciones y responsabilidades necesarias para garantizar la entrega exitosa de los proyectos y apoyar el crecimiento y desarrollo continuo del área

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional graduado en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Ciencias Ambientales, Sostenibilidad o áreas afines.
  • Entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia en consultoría de sostenibilidad, sostenibilidad de la cadena de suministro, engagement con proveedores, ESG o contabilidad de emisiones GEI.
  • Experiencia diseñando o liderando programas de relacionamiento con proveedores y trabajando directamente con iniciativas de abastecimiento responsable, sostenibilidad o reporte de emisiones.
  • Conocimientos clave:Contabilidad de emisiones GEI (Scope 1, 2 y 3) bajo el GHG Protocol. Sostenibilidad en la cadena de suministro, engagement con proveedores y estrategias de descarbonización. Science Based Targets (SBTi), abastecimiento responsable y reporting de sostenibilidad. Análisis de datos de proveedores, evaluación de calidad de datos e identificación de riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Microsoft Excel: Avanzado.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de visualización y análisis de datos como Power BI, Tableau o plataformas similares.
  • Inglés C1-C2.
  • Deseable:Conocimiento de regulaciones de due diligence en cadena de suministro como CSDDD, EUDR o UFLPA. Conocimientos en Data Analytics o Science Based Targets (SBTi).
