About the Opportunity

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with elementary-aged students? We’re looking for a friendly, collaborative, and motivated SLP to join a school-based team in North Saint Paul, MN! In this role, you’ll help students build communication skills that support their academic success, social development, and confidence—while being part of a supportive community that values your expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech and language evaluations for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility
• Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
• School-based experience preferred
• Comfort supporting diverse, multilingual student populations
• Clinical Fellows welcome
