Hilf uns, ANTON weltweit bekannt zu machen und den Zugang zu guter Bildung für Millionen Menschen zu vereinfachen! Dafür suchen wir dich als Junior Growth Marketer (m/w/d) für unser Team.

Als Junior Growth Marketer arbeitest du direkt mit einem unserer Gründer zusammen am internationalen Wachstum von ANTON. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf nachhaltigen Wachstumsstrategien, die zu unserem weitgehend kostenlosen Geschäftsmodell passen.

Du übernimmst nach und nach die Verantwortung für die verschiedenen Marketingkanäle, entwickelst schlanke Prozesse, Reporting und arbeitest gemeinsam mit den Verantwortlichen der verschiedenen Länder an der Umsetzung unserer Wachstumsmaßnahmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwickle Wachstumsstrategien für verschiedene organische und paid Marketingkanäle
  • Folge den bestehenden Prozessen und verbessere diese fortlaufend
  • Packe selbst an, setze die Maßnahmen eigenständig, mit Hilfe von KI und unserem Team um
  • Koordiniere die Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der verschiedenen Länder
  • Steigere unser nachhaltiges Wachstum und unsere Markenbekanntheit kontinuierlich

  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative, analytische und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und gut organisiert
  • Neugier: Es macht dir Spaß, ständig Neues zu lernen und dein Wissen direkt anzuwenden
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und direkt auf Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Vorteil
  • Ein Gefühl für wirksame Texte und Messaging, das überzeugt
  • Sehr gute IT-Kennt­nisse und Lust ständig Neues zu lernen
  • Interesse an digitaler Bildung und digitaler Produktentwicklung
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit uns zusammen in unserem Büro in Berlin-Kreuz­berg
  • Plus: erste Erfahrung mit Online-Marketing/Growth
