Wil jij jouw expertise als anesthesiemedewerker breed inzetten én op peil houden? Zoek je de perfecte balans tussen complexe oncologische zorg en laag- tot midden complexe ingrepen? Dan is deze unieke, gecombineerde functie bij het Antoni van Leeuwenhoek (AVL) en Medisch Centrum Jan van Goyen precies wat je zoekt.

Als anesthesiemedewerker binnen zowel het AVL als het Medisch Centrum Jan van Goyen werk je in twee verschillende, maar perfect complementaire omgevingen. In het AVL ben je betrokken bij uitdagende oncologische operaties binnen onder andere de algemene en reconstructieve chirurgie, hoofd-hals, gynaecologie en urologie. Je bewaakt continu de vitale functies van de patiënt, anticipeert op veranderingen en werkt nauw samen met de anesthesioloog om elke complexe ingreep veilig en soepel te laten verlopen.

In het Medisch Centrum Jan van Goyen krijg je juist de dynamiek van een kleinschaliger behandelcentrum. Hier sta je dicht bij de patiënt en het team, en lever je anesthesiologische zorg bij diverse specialismen zoals plastische chirurgie, orthopedie, heelkunde en KNO. De lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is toegankelijk en de samenwerking kenmerkt zich door respect, deskundigheid en humor.

Jouw ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en arbeidsvoorwaarden

De basis voor jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden is conform de Cao Ziekenhuizen. Je krijgt van ons:

  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd voor 24–36 uur per week bij het Antoni van Leeuwenhoek. Voor de uren dat je werkt bij Medisch Centrum Jan van Goyen word je gedetacheerd;
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.902,- en € 5.503,- (conform Cao Ziekenhuizen 1/8/2026), op basis van 36 uur, ingeschaald in FWG 55 en afhankelijk van je ervaring
  • Je ontvangt een tijdelijke arbeidsmarkttoeslag van 10% van je bruto maandsalaris, tot en met 31 augustus 2027
  • 144 vakantie-uren en 57 uur Persoonlijk Levensfasebudget (bij fulltime dienstverband)
  • 8,33% vakantiegeld en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km en vergoeding voor bereikbaarheidsdiensten (uit te betalen of in te zetten voor extra vrije tijd)
  • Gratis parkeren in de gezamenlijke parkeergarage van het AVL en Jan van Goyen; met onze fietsregeling en OV-korting wordt de keuze voor duurzaam reizen extra aantrekkelijk
