The posting

Our 'Bring It!' vision requires us to ensure our pupils are excited by and fully engaged in their learning and school experience more widely. We support them to use their talents to create positive school memories with their friends that will remain with them for the rest of their lives.

Our aim is to inspire a lifetime of adventure.

As a Church of England Trust, we support its vision for education which is deeply Christian, with Jesus' promise of 'life in all its fullness' at its heart.

St Barnabas Trust is looking to recruit an outstanding KS2 teacher to join our team. This an exciting opportunity to work within St Barnabas Multi Academy Trust at Antony School.

Antony C of E Primary School stands out through its deeply supportive, community-driven ethos anchored by its distinctive "Bring It!" vision. Inspired by the Parable of the Talents, the school places the well-being and unique potential of every pupil and staff member at the absolute centre of its mission. The whole team is actively encouraged to develop essential core Christian values such as Friendship, Courage, and Creativity, fostering an engaging and inspirational learning environment where young learners build positive, lifelong memories alongside challenging and exciting educational experiences.

As part of the St Barnabas Multi-Academy Trust, working at Antony Primary School means being part of a dedicated, collaborative network that prioritises inclusion, safety and holistic growth. Staff members operate in an atmosphere where Jesus’ promise of "life in all its fullness" guides daily school life, offering a warm and welcoming environment for educators. Teachers and support staff benefit from robust Trust-level support and professional development, enabling them to deliver high-quality, stimulating experiences both inside the classroom and through outdoor adventures, sports competitions and annual residential programmes for Years 2-6.

Located at the top of the small Cornish village of Antony, close to Torpoint, we benefit from picturesque views across to the Moors and even across to the Saltash Bridge. We are a small team of hardworking, enthusiastic individuals that work closely together to create a nurturing, welcoming environment where every child feels valued and inspired to achieve their best. Being a close-knit team means we foster a collaborative, family feel where every voice is heard, mutual support is at the heart of our day-to-day work and successes are celebrated together.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
