Du möchtest nicht nur Systeme verwalten, sondern aktiv eine moderne IT-Infrastruktur weiterentwickeln? Du arbeitest gerne mit Linux, Automatisierung und zuverlässigen Betriebsprozessen? Dann verstärke unser IT-Team und gestalte eine Infrastruktur, die dafür sorgt, dass moderne MedTech-Technologie zuverlässig funktioniert. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere Linux-Landschaft, unterstützt den stabilen Betrieb unserer Plattformen und bringst Ideen zur Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Linux-Systeme (Ubuntu/Debian)
  • Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit unserer Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung und Optimierung unserer On-Premise- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben und Betriebsprozesse mittels Scripting
  • Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-, Logging- und Alerting-Lösungen
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Systemstörungen
  • Unterstützung bei Deployment-Prozessen sowie der Bereitstellung von Test- und Produktionsumgebungen
  • Mitwirkung bei IT-Security-Themen wie Patch-Management, Zugriffssteuerung und Härtung von Systemen
  • Unterstützung der Windows-Administration als zweite Anlaufstelle für Troubleshooting, Wartung und Administration
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung und weiteren interdisziplinären Teams

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Linux-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien wie TCP/IP, DNS, VPN und Firewalls, Proxy, Netapp (Ontap)
  • Erfahrung mit Shell-Scripting (z. B. Bash)
  • Kenntnisse in Dockerhosting, Imaging und Fehlersuche
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring, Logging sowie Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung oder Cloud-Infrastrukturen
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen zu analysieren und nachhaltig zu lösen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Windows-Administration oder praktische Berührungspunkte mit Windows-Umgebungen sowie die Bereitschaft, das Team bei Bedarf auch im Windows-Betrieb zu unterstützen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache

Pluspunkte, aber kein Muss

  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines oder DevOps-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse in VMware, Veeam oder Hochverfügbarkeitsumgebungen
  • Kenntnisse M365, MS-Intune, Checkpoint, ExtremeCloud
  • Administration Active Directory
  • Erfahrungen im regulierten Umfeld (z. B. MedTech, Healthcare oder Pharma)
