Personal Trainer / Group Training Coach

Anytime Fitness | Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

About the Opportunity

Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This role begins as part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person. We’re a locally-owned, small-business environment where every coach’s contributions matter. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a coach who:

  • Loves teaching and learning
  • Takes initiative but also thrives in a team (we work together here, not against one another)
  • Is detail-oriented
  • Can communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Is serious about helping people get to a healthier place!

Core Responsibilities

  • Create & maintain an energetic, welcoming club atmosphere
  • Lead engaging training sessions with individual clients and also in small group settings
  • Participate in club social media posts
  • Take members through movement screenings
  • Recommend training programs
  • Assist club leadership with membership sales, phone calls, cleaning

Requirements

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, or ACSM preferred), or in the process of obtaining one

• Current CPR/AED certification

• Sales experience preferred

• Training experience required, even if it’s only with friends/family

• Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Polish a plus

• Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends

• Reliable transportation

• Coachability & drive to always be improving
