We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead one of our most dynamic Sales Teams at Anyvan.
It’s our job to match the right customer and movers whilst making sure the numbers make sense.
Our Sales teams don’t hide behind scripts, slow follow-ups, or “I’ll email you a quote.” These are fast-paced, high-volume, commercial roles that need a leader who thrives on pace, pressure, and negotiation and can shape high performing teams that can turn warm demand into booked revenue by running live competition between suppliers.
You will be at the heart of creating a high-performance team, passionate about delivering results.
If you're a hands-on Sales Manager with initiative, sharp commercial acumen, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to lead, this could be the next big step in your career.
What you’ll do
- Work side by side with our Sales Director to ensure the team’s performance meets (and exceeds) overall targets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Partnerships to maximize lead conversion and sales success.
- Define KPIs and clear performance goals, and inspire your team to exceed them.
- Lead from the front: join calls, close deals, and show the team how it’s done.
- Keep our CRM data impeccable: clean, accurate, and always up to date.
- Analyze performance to identify trends, spot opportunities, and maintain strong results.
People management is key
- Inspire, motivate, and guide a multicultural team to achieve sales excellence every day.
- Be a role model with top-level skills, behaviors, and results.
- Partner with the recruitment team to attract exceptional talent and set them up for success from day one.
- Conduct regular 1:1s to coach, support, and guide both top performers and those who need an extra boost. You can handle difficult conversations and have them early when it comes to supporting performance.
- Foster a feedback-driven culture where call listening, training, and development are a natural part of the daily routine.
- Work with HR to resolve personnel issues fairly, constructively, and with integrity.
- Communicate changes clearly and ensure the entire team adopts them.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a strategy-only leadership seat.
- Not a non-selling role, you will jump in and show your team how its done.
- Not a role where you inherit a perfect team and just maintain it.
- Not a place to hide behind dashboards instead of fixing root causes.
- Not a “nice manager” role if you avoid hard targets, tough feedback, or accountability, you’ll hate this job.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF…
- You thrive under pressure and like tough targets.
- You love the game of activity → conversion → revenue and know how to move each lever.
- You’re comfortable being in the detail (calls, coaching, blockers) and also building the system.
- You bring pace and ownership — you don’t need chasing.
- You lead with warmth and edge: you care, but you don’t tolerate low standards.

- Multiple initiatives run in parallel
- New campaigns and structures launch regularly Comfort with ambiguity and constant change is essential. This role is intentionally not for everyone.
