  • Identify ways to improve administrative processes and documentation.
  • Take on other administrative projects as needed.

Friendly, dependable, and discreet, you build trust quickly and enjoy being the person colleagues know they can count on.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, office management, or executive support role.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication. You'll be a first point of contact for clients, vendors, and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across teams.
  • Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Based in Victoria, BC, and able to work on site at our Victoria office at least two days per week, plus additional days as needed, including for client events and conferences.
  • Discretion with confidential information.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
