Job Description

Mission

  • Réaliser (et aider à la planifier) la production du site dans le respect des critères : Coût / Délais / Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement / Efficacité énergétique qui lui sont donnés
  • Encadrer son équipe travaillant en 3x8 pour la réception des matières premières & consommables, la production et les expéditions des produits finis
  • Participer quotidiennement à l’élaboration et la réalisation des programmes de production (3 broyeurs, mélangeur, 2 lignes de conditionnement, recyclage, réceptions et expéditions) à partir des données de stocks et des demandes du service Administration des Ventes.
  • Comprendre et anticiper les priorités (Sécurité, Délai, Qualité, HACCP)
  • Analyser et rendre compte clairement des dysfonctionnements. • Renseigner précisément les différents documents de suivi de la production (Compte rendu, fiche de poste, consignes, dossier de lots, Signalements Non-Qualité, Indicateurs.)
  • Manager le personnel de son équipe placé sous son autorité -Organiser et répartir le travail quotidiennement entre les membres de son équipe (réunion de lancement de poste et contrôles en cours) -Définir et valider les formations aux postes de travail
  • Réaliser les entretiens annuels d’évaluation de chaque personne encadrée.
  • Réaliser dans les magasins le rangement, la propreté (notamment des zones 5S) et la gestion des stocks (comprenant les inventaires) de matières premières, de produits finis et de consommables, ainsi que les déchargements bateaux. Cela comprend aussi la bonne utilisation des engins de manutention.
  • Participer activement au processus d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec les autres services de l’usine. -Optimiser l’utilisation des équipements. - Être partie prenante des Groupes de Travails de résolution de problème.
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences de son périmètre pour les référentiels ISO 9001,45001,14001 et FAMI QS (Sensibilisation à l’HACCP).
  • Appliquer les réglementations HSE et protocoles Calderys dans son périmètre d’activité.
  • Être exemplaire, alerter et agir immédiatement en cas de danger auprès des personnes, des installations, des infrastructures ou de l’environnement et être moteur dans le renforcement de la culture QHSEé de son équipe et du site du site. Notamment en utilisant régulièrement les outils type Take 5, VFL, Signalements sécurité

Profil recherché

  • Expérience d’encadrement dans une industrie de transformation
  • Organisé, rigoureux et autonome dans son travail au quotidien
  • Bonne capacité de planification et d’anticipation • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à faire des rapports clairs
  • Capacité à utiliser les outils informatiques courants (Excel, Word, outils Web)
  • Conduite de chariots et chargeuses (CACES correspondants)
