Quem somos nós?

O Colégio Militar Dom Pedro II – Unidade Asa Sul foi criado pela Lei Distrital nº. 2.393, de 07 de junho de 1999 e regulamentado pelo Decreto nº. 21.298, de 29 de junho de 2000. Logo, o Colégio Militar é uma entidade de ensino público, desenvolvendo atividades pedagógicas obrigatórias - educação infantil, ensino fundamental I e II e ensino médio. Além das atividades obrigatórias, o CMDP II poderá desenvolver atividades de natureza desportivas, lúdicas, recreativas, artísticas, culturais, de reforço escolar, dentre outras não-obrigatórias, inspirando-se nos ideais de liberdade e solidariedade humanas, com plena observância dos princípios legais vigentes.

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Estamos ampliando nosso Banco de Talentos para futuras contratações de Professores de Artes, habilitados para lecionar na nova Unidade III do Colégio Militar Dom Pedro II, localizada na região de Sobradinho.

É IMPORTANTE SALIENTAR QUE, EMBORA AS CONTRATAÇÕES ESTEJAM DIRECIONADAS PRA UNIDADE III - SOBRADINHO, ESSE PROCESSO TAMBÉM PODERÁ SER UTILIZADO PARA VAGAS ABERTAS NAS UNIDADES I E II.

Buscamos profissionais habilitados para atuar no Ensino Fundamental I, podendo lecionar para as turmas do 2º, 3º, 4º ou 5º ano.

Informações sobre a atuação:

  • Aulas de segunda a sexta-feira no turno vespertino;
  • Carga-horária: 16h/a OU 20h/a + 5h/coordenação + 2h/atividades.

O processo seletivo contará com as seguintes etapas:

- Prova-escrita/aula-teste com a Coordenação Pedagógica do Ensino Fundamental I;

- Entrevista com a equipe do RH;

- Aplicação de testes psicológicos;

- Entrega de certidões negativas da PF/PCDF.

HARD SKILLS

- Licenciatura em Artes (obrigatório);

- Mínimo de 6 (seis) meses de experiência em sala de aula;

- Possuir pós-graduação e/ou cursos na área será um diferencial.

SOFT SKILLS

- Possuir boa comunicação com o público do 2° ao 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental I;

- Excelente comunicação: É importante que seja um professor que goste de cantar, contar história, seja observador para que a criança que ainda não faça uso somente de palavras para se comunicar consiga manter uma comunicação não oral, consiga perceber se a criança está triste ou não e consiga interagir com ela;

- Ter empatia e buscar compreender melhor os desejos dos alunos. Desenvolver essa característica é indispensável, pois o professor é um dos primeiros fortes exemplos de comunicação com que eles terão contato, além da família;

- Usar vocabulário correto, não fazer uso de gírias ou palavras que não deva compor o vocabulário da criança, evitar usar termos imperativos que não seja de acordo com o bom vocabulário;

- Comunicar com clareza e sem exageros no tom de voz, fazendo com que a criança se sinta segura e a vontade para expressar seus sentimentos;

- Ser criativo e bem dinâmico usando da proatividade no momento de ensinar seus conteúdos, despertar na criança o desejo em aprender;

- Ser flexível na hora de passar ou mudar o planejamento quando solicitado;

- Regular as emoções das crianças, acolhendo o sentimento e auxiliando no ingresso nas brincadeiras e atividades em grupos;

- Auxiliar na exploração e atividades que os alunos sintam motivados a pesquisar e aprender novos conteúdos;

- Ser organizado em seu planejamento, fazendo o que é acordado dentro da coordenação;

- Manter suas atividades em dia, evitando que o grupo seja prejudicado por não entregar a tempo a sua atividade dentro do planejamento;

- Ser um discente que promova a rotina dentro do ambiente escolar, evitando que as crianças fiquem ansiosas e se sintam seguras.
