The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to be the ultimate bridge between our cutting-edge ApartmentIQ product and our customers’ biggest challenges. This is a high-impact role where technical meets sales strategy. You won't just be answering questions; you’ll be a key driver of revenue, acting as a trusted advisor who shows the industry exactly how our tech transforms their business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Technical Sales & Pilots Architect custom technical solutions Conduct high-impact ApartmentIQ product demos showcasing ROI Collaborate across Sales and Product teams to run high-stakes prospective client pilots
  • Client Expert & Internal Communication Own technical client relationships from system configuration to troubleshooting Translate customer pain points into actionable engineering requirements for future product releases.
  • Drive Strategy, Collaboration & Travel Work cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, and Product Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves Travel up to 25% for key client meetings and industry events

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools, software, and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech stack experience (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Multifamily sales experience required
  • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
