É responsável pela implementação bem-sucedida de práticas de gerenciamento de projetos, monitoramento de projetos em andamento e padronização de processos. Atua como uma ponte entre os gerentes de projeto, equipes multifuncionais e a liderança sênior, garantindo a execução eficaz, o alinhamento estratégico e a conformidade com as diretrizes organizacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesColaborar com o Coordenador de Projetos (PMO) e gerente do projeto na definição de escopos, cronogramas, orçamentos e riscos, assegurando que os projetos estejam alinhados com os objetivos da empresa.Acompanhar o progresso dos projetos em andamento, coletando e consolidando informações sobre status, marcos, riscos e impedimentos, fornecendo relatórios de status report regulares aos responsáveis envolvidos .Contribuir para a definição e padronização de processos de gerenciamento de projetos no método ágil e tradicional, promovendo a adoção das melhores práticas e a consistência em toda a organização.Criar e manter documentação detalhada, como planos de projeto, cronogramas, registros de riscos e relatórios de progresso, garantindo a visibilidade e transparência dos projetos.Identificar problemas, atrasos ou riscos potenciais nos projetos e propor medidas corretivas ou de mitigação, em colaboração com os gerentes de projeto, desenvolvendo estratégias de contingência e planos de ação.Facilitar a comunicação e colaboração entre as equipes multifuncionais envolvidas nos projetos, promovendo a cooperação e troca de informações.Identificar oportunidades para aprimorar os processos de gerenciamento de projetos e as práticas do PMO, buscando constantemente maior eficiência e eficácia.Realizar avaliações pós-projeto para revisar o desempenho, identificar lições aprendidas e oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Elaboração e apresentação dos reports dos projetos para alta liderança da organizaçãoLiderar projetos estratégicos de alta complexidade, desde a concepção até a conclusão, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos e entregas dentro dos prazos e orçamentos estabelecidos.Desenvolver programas de treinamento para aprimorar as habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos da equipe e assegurar a adesão às melhores práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos: Metodologias ágil e tradicional para gerenciamento de projetos e MS Project.
