Será responsável por liderar e gerenciar a organização dos eventos integrantes do calendário da APAS. Atuar no planejamento, produção, organização, execução e operacionalização dos eventos, em alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos e demais negócios da Associação. Vai garantir que os eventos sejam realizados com eficiência, sucesso e aderência aos padrões da APAS, gerenciando recursos humanos, financeiros e logísticos, com o objetivo final de proporcionar experiências memoráveis e bem-sucedidas para todos os envolvidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o evento por meio do planejamento, produção, organização, execução e operação, de acordo com os orçamentos estabelecidos, controlando custos, aprovando despesas, acompanhando resultados financeiros e garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos definidos.Identificar, negociar e contratar fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos para serviços essenciais, como espaços, infraestrutura, catering, equipamentos de áudio e vídeo, transporte e segurança.Gerenciar todas as atividades operacionais relacionadas ao evento incluindo layout, alocação de recursos humanos e financeiros assegurando que todos os elementos estejam coordenados conforme as especificações estabelecidas.Supervisionar equipes terceirizadas e fornecedores especializados, garantindo o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço contratados, a atuação colaborativa e o atendimento ao cronograma e prazos definidos.Identificar potenciais riscos nas etapas de montagem, realização e desmontagem dos eventos, implementando estratégias de mitigação e resolução ágil para evitar interrupções.Assegurar que todos os aspectos do evento, desde a concepção até a execução, atendam aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos, proporcionando uma experiência excepcional aos participantes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino superior completo em Comunicação, Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Experiência: Experiência comprovada na organização e gestão de eventos de médio e grande porte.Vivência na negociação com fornecedores, parceiros e autoridades locais.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica para o colaborador e seus dependentes.Participação no resultado, atrelado às suas metas.Vale refeiçãoVale AlimentaçãoVale transporte ou estacionamentoGympassQuick MassagemAuxílio creche, para filhos até 4 anos e 11 mesesDay off no aniversárioAssistência odontológica, com custo para o colaboradorSeguro de Vida
