The posting

Apave Cameroun recherche, pour le compte d’une importante institution financière publique basée à Yaoundé, un(e) Cadre Comptable confirmé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'une solide expertise technique dans le traitement et la passation des flux comptables.

Missions principales

Placé(e) sous la responsabilité directe du Chef de Service, vous prenez en charge l'enregistrement, la justification et la conformité des opérations comptables de la structure. Vos responsabilités couvrent notamment :

Passation et enregistrement des écritures :

  • Imputer, immatriculer et saisir au quotidien l'ensemble des opérations comptables (opérations courantes, règlements, achats, opérations de trésorerie et opérations diverses).
  • Veiller à la conformité réglementaire et à la validité des pièces justificatives associées à chaque enregistrement.

Lettrage et suivi des comptes de tiers :

  • Assurer le lettrage, le pointage régulier et l'analyse continue des soldes des comptes de tiers (fournisseurs, personnel, créanciers et débiteurs divers).
  • Traiter et apurer les éventuels suspens et anomalies d'imputation.

Rapprochements bancaires et trésorerie :

  • Établir mensuellement les états de rapprochement bancaire et contrôler la cohérence des écritures de trésorerie.

Clôtures périodiques et travaux d'inventaire :

  • Participer activement aux arrêtés comptables périodiques (mensuels, trimestriels et annuels).
  • Calculer et enregistrer les écritures de régularisation (dotations aux amortissements, provisions, charges à payer, produits constatés d’avance).

Fiscalité et conformité :

  • Collaborer à l'élaboration et au dépôt des déclarations fiscales et sociales dans le respect strict des calendriers légaux.

Justification des comptes et support aux audits :

  • Préparer les dossiers de révision comptable et apporter les justificatifs nécessaires lors des interventions des commissaires aux comptes et auditeurs externes.

Requirements

  • Diplôme d'études supérieures de niveau Bac +5 (Master 2, DEA, DESS, diplôme d'école de commerce) en Comptabilité, Contrôle, Audit (CCA) ou Finance.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle concluante à un poste similaire en entreprise, institution financière/publique ou en cabinet d'audit et d'expertise comptable.
  • Compétences techniques :
  • Solides compétences indispensables dans la passation, le contrôle et l'apurement des écritures comptables.
  • Maîtrise rigoureuse des normes comptables applicables (SYSCOHADA révisé / comptabilité financière et publique).
  • Maîtrise pratique des progiciels de gestion intégrée (ERP / Sage ou outil métier similaire).
  • Excellente maîtrise du tableur Excel (formules complexes, recherche multicritères, tableaux croisés dynamiques).
  • Aptitudes personnelles :
  • Rigueur absolue, sens élevé de la précision et intégrité professionnelle.
  • Discrétion et respect strict du secret professionnel.
  • Capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités et à respecter des échéances de reporting serrées.
