Apave Cameroun recrute pour le compte d'un de ses clients du secteur minier :

01 Responsable Financier

Le Responsable Financier garantit la bonne gestion financière, comptable et administrative de l'entreprise. Il supervise la production des états financiers, optimise la trésorerie, assure la conformité fiscale et réglementaire, et pilote les budgets afin de sécuriser et soutenir le développement de la structure.

Responsabilités du poste :

1. Gestion comptable et clôtures

  • Tenue de la comptabilité générale, auxiliaire et analytique ;
  • Pilotage des clôtures périodiques (mensuelles, trimestrielles, annuelles) et élaboration des bilans, le compte de résultat ainsi que les liasses fiscales ;

2. Contrôle de gestion et pilotage budgétaire

  • Élaboration du budget annuel en collaboration avec les directions opérationnelles ;
  • Conception des tableaux de bord de gestion (KPIs financiers et opérationnels) ;
  • Analyse des écarts entre prévisions et réalisations, identification des leviers d'optimisation des coûts et proposition des actions correctives.

3. Gestion de la trésorerie et financements

  • Elaboration du plan prévisionnel de trésorerie et suivi quotidien ;
  • Gestion des relations courantes avec les banques et négociation des conditions bancaires ;
  • Recouvrement des créances clients et respect des échéances fournisseurs.

4. Fiscalité et conformité juridique

  • S’assure de la conformité légale de l'entreprise (déclarations fiscales, TVA, impôts sur les sociétés, taxes locales) ;
  • Veille juridique et fiscale afin d'anticiper les évolutions réglementaires.

Requirements

Profil Recherché

  • Formationacadémique Bac + 4/5 en Comptabilité, Contrôle et Audit, Finance d'entreprise ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Minimum 5 à 7 années d'expérience professionnelle idéalement en cabinet d'expertise comptable ou d'audit, suivie d'une expérience dans le secteur industriel ou les BTP ;
  • Maîtrise des normes comptables (SYSCOHADA) ;
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des logiciels ERP (Sage, SAP) ;
  • Maitrise du droit des affaires et du droit fiscal ;
