Service Champions, Forecourt Attendant

General Roles and Responsibilities:

· Promote and adhere to policies, procedures, and safety culture to ensure a safe working environment in the forecourt area

· Maintain clean and properly worn uniforms to project a positive image and demonstrate pride in representing the brand

· Provide quality service by following forecourt service steps: Wave in, greet customers, offer fuel top up, provide value added service, refuel vehicles, perform value added service, close fuel tank, and wave off

· Address customer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager as part of the communication plan

· Keep the store and forecourt environment clean and organized through daily housekeeping tasks during each shift

· Follow safety protocols and work procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment

· Deliver high-quality service to customers on the forecourt and actively engage inbuilding rapport with customers

· Drive store revenue by promoting and upselling Shell V-Power sales to customers

· Flexibility to work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptional customer service throughout different times of the day.
