Van ontwerp tot oplevering staan ze garant voor professionele begeleiding, technisch vakmanschap en klantgerichte service.Wat doe je als Werfleider Industriebouw?

  • Je neemt de algemene leiding op jou van meerdere werfactiviteiten, zowel op het vlak van voorbereiding als uitvoering.
  • Je stemt voortdurend af met de opdrachtgever en de architect, en treedt op als vertegenwoordiger van onze klant tijdens werfvergaderingen.
  • Je stuurt de ploegbazen aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte coördinatie van externe partners en aannemers.
  • Je stelt een realistische en haalbare planning op, gebaseerd op gemaakte afspraken en zorgt dat deadlines worden nageleefd.
  • Je plant tijdig de levering van materialen en de inzet van externe partijen, zodat de voortgang verzekerd blijft.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen op de werf en ziet erop toe dat alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen strikt worden gevolgd.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de kosten, voorkomt verspilling, en zorgt ervoor dat het project binnen het vooropgestelde budget blijft.
  • Je hebt een bouwtechnische opleiding gevolgd op minimaal bachelorniveau.
  • Je bent iemand met een sterke drive, die doelen nastreeft en verantwoordelijkheid niet uit de weg gaat.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team en voelt je op je plaats in een hands-on KMO-omgeving zonder poespas.
  • Je weet je werk goed te organiseren, zodat deadlines worden gehaald en processen vlot verlopen.
