Missions :

Dans le cadre du remplacement d’une collaboratrice en congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Comptable Fournisseurs en CDD pour rejoindre notre équipe comptable.

Vous intervenez au quotidien sur la gestion du cycle fournisseurs et veillez à la bonne tenue des comptes fournisseurs, dans le respect des procédures internes et des échéances comptables.

Vos missions :

  • Réceptionner et traiter les factures fournisseurs ;
  • Vérifier la conformité des factures avec les bons de commande et les réceptions de marchandises ;
  • Enregistrer les factures dans le système comptable (Sage) ;
  • Contrôler la conformité des informations avec les procédures internes ;
  • Obtenir les approbations nécessaires au règlement des factures (validation des bons à payer) ;
  • Préparer les paiements en fonction des échéances définies ;
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des paiements fournisseurs ;
  • Échanger avec les fournisseurs afin de résoudre les éventuels litiges ou problèmes de paiement ;
  • Effectuer les rapprochements et réconciliations des comptes fournisseurs ;
  • Tenir à jour les différents registres et suivis comptables ;
  • Participer aux clôtures comptables mensuelles et annuelles ;
  • Préparer les documents nécessaires aux audits internes et externes.

Vous justifiez d’une formation comptable (Bac+2 minimum).

Vous possédez une expérience en gestion comptable fournisseurs.

Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Sage (un plus).

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, sens de l’organisation et bonne communication.

Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de respecter les délais.
