Vi söker dig med utpräglad servicekänsla som har arbetat som fastighetsskötare/drifttekniker i flera år och gillar att ha ordning och reda runt dig. Du ska även ha "ögonen med dig" och se om något behöver ordnas och på så sätt även gärna kommer med egna utvecklingsidéer. Är du en serviceinriktad person med öga för kvalitet och känsla för hur fastigheter ger bra intryck och som tycker om att arbeta med service så är du rätt person. Du ska även kunna se det lilla i det stora. Man behöver behärska svenska bra i tal och skrift för att hjälpa våra kunder på bästa sätt samt för att kunna arbeta med vårt orderhanteringssystem DeDU samt Vitec där alla arbeten och tider registreras. Du kommer att ha hand om/ansvara för ett antal fastigheter i Stockholmsområdet, mestadels innanför tullarna. I dessa fastigheter kommer de flesta möjliga arbeten som kan ske i en fastighet att behöva utföras. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bl a rondering inklusive byte av ljuskällor, justeringar av dörrstängare, port etc, byte handfat, wc och blandare, hålla ordning i soprum och alla andra allmänna utrymmen och trädgårdar/gårdar, viss snöröjning, rensa avlopp, arbeta med energi optimering, ventilation mm mm, alltså allt som kan förekomma för att hålla ordning och bra skick på fastigheterna och dess omgivning. Om du är den vi söker kommer du få ett härligt gäng med mycket kunskap och glädje att arbeta med. Vi kommer att läsa ansökningar kontinuerligt och ta intervjuer även innan sista ansökningsdagen.
