Apirosport arbetar med ledande varumärken så som Star Trac, Nautilus, StairMaster, Schwinn, Hoist, Reebok och Ulteron. Kunderna är främst gym, idrottsföreningar, träningsanläggningar, bostadsrättsföreningar, hotell & SPA samt företag med friskvårdssatsning. Företaget har sitt huvudkontor i Helsingborg. Dina arbetsuppgifter Apirosport söker en duktig Servicetekniker med utgångspunkt från Göteborgsområdet. I rollen som Servicetekniker kommer du ingå i ett serviceteam med flera andra tekniker som alla utgår från olika städer runt om i Sverige. Som servicetekniker kommer du främst att arbeta med service och reparation av träningsutrustning på plats ute hos Apirosports kunder. Vid tillfällen kommer du även att installera ny utrustning hos kunder, exempelvis vid nyöppningar av träningsanläggningar. Du kommer att planera och utföra ditt arbete såväl självständigt som i team, samt sköta ärendehantering i företagets ärendehanteringssystem och rapportera till servicechefen. Det ingår till viss del resande i tjänsten. Huvuddelen av arbetet utförs i Göteborg och Västra Götaland, men resor till kringliggande län förekommer. Vid enstaka tillfällen reser du även inom Sverige för att stötta dina kollegor vid installationer, och då kan övernattningar förekomma. Personliga egenskaper Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. För att trivas som Servicetekniker är du en självgående och problemlösande person. Du tar eget ansvar och driver ditt eget arbete. I ditt jobb har du daglig kontakt med kunder och vi tror att du tycker om de sociala kontakterna och värdesätter en nöjd kund. Du är serviceinriktad och har förmågan att bemöta kunderna på ett professionellt sätt. Apirosport värdesätter ett stort engagemang och en hög social förmåga. Kvalifikationer ■Du har ett tekniskt kunnande och ett intresse av teknisk problemlösning ■Du är social och har ett sinne för kundservice ■Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska ■Du har B-körkort Det är meriterande om du: ■Har tidigare erfarenhet som servicetekniker inom branschen eller har arbetat med träningsutrustning ■Har god kännedom om gymutrustning och/eller egen träningsvana
