Afin de soutenir durablement notre croissance en Wallonie, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur des Opérations Wallonie.

Dans cette fonction, vous êtes responsable des performances opérationnelles et financières de plusieurs business units en Wallonie. Vous accompagnez le développement des activités, encadrez les Business Unit Managers et collaborez avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes afin de soutenir une croissance durable.

  • Assumer la responsabilité de plusieurs départements opérationnels et business units en Wallonie.
  • Traduire la stratégie du groupe en objectifs opérationnels concrets et en plans de croissance.
  • Encadrer, coacher et accompagner les Business Unit Managers ainsi que leurs équipes opérationnelles.
  • Assurer le suivi de la rentabilité, des budgets, de la trésorerie et des performances opérationnelles.
  • Développer des relations durables avec les organismes publics et les autres partenaires stratégiques.
  • Identifier et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités de développement sur les marchés existants et émergents.
  • Veiller à l'excellence opérationnelle, à la qualité et à la sécurité.
  • Initier et accompagner des projets d'amélioration liés à l'efficacité, à l'organisation et à la performance.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la direction, les équipes de management et les services de support afin de renforcer les activités.
  • Contribuer activement au développement et à la croissance d'APK Group.
  • Diplôme de niveau Master ou expérience équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de management opérationnel.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de plusieurs départements, implantations ou business units.
  • Solides compétences financières et bonne maîtrise des indicateurs de performance et de gestion.
  • Vous maîtrisez professionnellement le français ou le néerlandais et disposez d'une connaissance suffisante respectivement du néerlandais ou du français afin de collaborer efficacement avec vos collègues, clients et parties prenantes. Vous êtes un leader fédérateur capable de créer des synergies entre les équipes, les business units et les régions, tout en contribuant à une culture d'entreprise forte au-delà des frontières linguistiques.
  • Vous êtes un people manager confirmé, capable de développer les talents et de faire grandir les équipes.
  • Vous êtes entreprenant, analytique et orienté résultats.
  • Vous vous reconnaissez dans les valeurs d'une entreprise familiale où la confiance, la responsabilité et la collaboration occupent une place centrale.
