Assistant/e d’immeubles (m/f/d) Tâches Exécution de diverses tâches administratives dans le domaine de la gestion commerciale et technique Participer activement à la gestion des logements vacants en participant aux visites d'appartements et d'objets annexes avec des personnes potentiellement intéressées dans le cadre de la relocation. Responsable de la rédaction des contrats de location des appartements et des objets annexes, y compris les annexes et les avenants y afférents Soutien lors de la réception des appartements et des objets annexes, exécution en partie autonome de ces processus Établissement des décomptes finaux pour les locataires Participation à la gestion des débiteurs et des créanciers dans le domaine immobilier Maintien de la communication écrite et orale avec les locataires, les artisans, les fournisseurs, les offices et les concierges.
