Gérant/e d’immeubles (m/f/d) Tâches Exécution autonome de diverses tâches administratives liées à la gérance immobilière Participation active à la relocation : organisation et réalisation de visites d’appartements, de surfaces administratives/commerciales et d’objets annexes avec des personnes intéressées Rédaction des contrats de bail (appartements et annexes), y compris les annexes et avenants Réalisation des états des lieux (entrée et sortie) de manière autonome Établissement des décomptes finaux pour les locataires Pointage des décomptes de chauffage et de charges accessoires Participation à la gestion des débiteurs et créanciers, y compris le suivi des rappels de paiement Gestion des sinistres Communication professionnelle (écrite et orale) avec les locataires, artisans, fournisseurs, autorités et concierges Soutien au/à la gérant(e) dans diverses tâches courantes Exigences CFC d’employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente, idéalement dans le domaine immobilier Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire en Suisse Bonnes connaissances du droit du bail Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (notamment MS Office) ; une expérience avec GREM est un atout Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, sens des responsabilités et excellente aisance relationnelle Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) ; la connaissance de l’allemand constitue un atout Permis de conduire valable et véhicule personnel indispensables Pourquoi Apleona Tu as la possibilité de te développer aux niveaux personnel et professionnel Le salaire que tu reçois est équitable et conforme au marché Nous sommes à ton écoute de manière individuelle dans le but de promouvoir tes compétences Tu peux apporter tes propres idées Nous pratiquons l’esprit d’équipe Nos relations mutuelles sont caractérisées par l’ouverture et la franchise Nous pratiquons une culture du tutoiement marquée par le respect et l’estime Prestations Expérience confirmée dans la gestion immobilière en Suisse, idéalement dans un poste similaire Très bonnes connaissances du droit de bail ; brevet fédéral un atout Parfaire maîtrise de la langue française et orthographe sûre ; connaissances de l'allemand un atout Connaissances approfondies en informatique, notamment dans les applications MS\-Office ; expérience sur GREM un atout Excellent sens de l'organisation et entregent exemplaire Forte compétence sociale et capacité à travailler avec succès en équipe Possession d'un permis de conduire valable et d'une voiture personnelle nécessaire jpid613e1e9jm jpit0936jm jpiy26jm
