Do you believe that the right job can play a vital role in recovery, wellbeing and independence? If so, YOU could be our next IPS Employment Consultant based in Cannington, WA, supporting participants through our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Program.

As part of our IEA team, you will work within the internationally recognised Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, helping people experiencing mental health challenges achieve sustainable employment outcomes as part of their recovery journey.

What You Will Be Doing

Support employment as part of recovery, work alongside clinicians at Bentley Health Services, create employment opportunities, build relationships with employers, provide person-centred support, advocate for inclusive workplaces, and celebrate participant success.

To be considered, you will have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
