Responsável por atender clientes nos canais de delivery, registrar pedidos com atenção, esclarecer dúvidas e acompanhar as solicitações até a confirmação e o encaminhamento para entrega, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender clientes por telefone, aplicativos de delivery e outros canais disponíveis.
  • Registrar pedidos corretamente e confirmar itens, quantidades, endereço e forma de pagamento.
  • Informar clientes sobre cardápio, preços, promoções, prazos e disponibilidade de produtos.
  • Encaminhar pedidos à equipe responsável e acompanhar seu preparo e despacho.
  • Resolver dúvidas e encaminhar reclamações ou solicitações especiais conforme os procedimentos da empresa.
  • Manter os registros de pedidos e atendimentos organizados e atualizados.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para manter a qualidade e a agilidade do serviço.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo ou em andamento.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e cordialidade no atendimento.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática e facilidade para usar aplicativos e sistemas de pedidos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, incluindo noites, fins de semana e feriados, conforme a escala.

Diferenciais
